SEO Team Event

After spending countless hours trying to please the Internet’s big man, Google, team SEO felt like it was time for a little team event. We decided to pamper ourselves with fine French cuisine. But hey, why not take things little further and turn it to a learning experience.

We attended a cooking class at Ratatouille cooking school in Berlin, Mitte. Our challenge was to create delicious versions of pork-medallion with white wine-French mustard sauce and wheat grain-mushroom-vegetable casserole. How our master chefs managed to complete the task? We absolutely nailed it! After all the cooking was done, we sat down together to enjoy the delicious creations of ours with a glass of wine or two. Cheers!

Team Event: KARAOKE

Friday evening - the best day of the week to finish with a beer :) But last Friday, we just started straight after work. With another DP team event. After dinner at the office (sushi and other delicacies), we went to the Karaoke Bar “Ichiban” in Warschauer Straße. Everyone could explore their singing talent and be a “star” for the evening. Whether it was a performance of the Backstreet Boys or a duet, of "Angel" by Robbie Williams. 4 groups giving their all in our little contest for the best team performance. Congratulations to the winners and see you all at the next evening, when it's time to say "Beer Friday" once more.

Moving to new offices

We have additional rooms in the office to the rear. That is why there has been a lot of moving in the last weeks. But now every team has much more space and the office looks great! We also created some new meeting and chilling areas and got a lot of plants to have a nicer and more productive working space for our employees.

Awards for our training programmes

In our Company you have several options to start your career. We are offering different certified traineeships matching to the candidate’s qualifications and wishes. During a 12-month program our trainees run through different departments and get insights into all areas of Online Marketing. Guided by our experts they will take over tasks independently based on their skills and interests. We also offer a separate apprenticeship scheme with our Systems Administration Department. While our apprentices go to school to learn the theory they also gain practical experience while working at Digital Performance on a rotational basis. We are very proud that our training programmes have been certified by IHK and Absolventa.

St. Nicholas Day

Recently we celebrated St Nicholas Day in our very nice decorated office. The surprise of the evening was St Nicholas himself and Santa´s little helper who gave presents to everyone. Additionally some of us had a lot of fun while playing Scrab Secret Santa (“Schrottwichteln”). To get their presents they had to sing a song or read a poem. The highlight of the evening was of course the gingerbread house building competition which ended with sugar coated tables ;) Congratulations to the Product Team which build a very solid but beautiful gingerbread house!
